About Headland House St Ives

Headland House St Ives, is a family run luxury boutique bed and breakfast set within a beautiful Edwardian three storey house which has been sympathetically refurbished keeping many period features, beautiful high ceilings, original striped floor, combining contempory and antique furniture, room five still has it's original charming Edwardian fireplace.   

We provide a tranquil haven of peace and calm, yet we have the enviable position of being within easy access of the hustle and bustle of St. Ives either by foot a 25 minutes walk along the coastal path, three minutes on the charming St. Ives Bay Line train (all three carrages of it! and that's in peak season) or minutes by car.  The golden beaches and turquoise water of Carbis Bay are 200 yards away. 

Headland House enjoys the luxury of large airy rooms, in calm neutral colours, with stunning sea views from our front bedrooms, "Snug Bar and Lounge" and conservatory or our private guest garden, relax in the Snug Bar and Lounge where you can unwind read a book, play one of our board games, or simply sit back and watch one of the many dvds, enjoy a chilled drink or hot tea or coffee in one of our comfy chairs or sit out on the decked area and enjoy the summer evenings.

Our delicious breakfasts are served in either our breakfast/garden room or on warm summer mornings on the decked area overlooking the lawn.
