Prices quoted are per room per night and inclusive of breakfast (based on two people sharing) inclusive of one car parking space per room.

A minimum of two nights stay in mid (unless school holidays) and three nights stay in high season is requested, single night bookings are available during the low season subject to availability, with a surcharge of £5.00 per room.

Terms and Conditions

A one nights non-refundable deposit is required to secure your room, cheques should be made payable to Headland House Hotel.

Cancellation Policy

Should you unfortunately need to cancel your booking, please be aware that we require fourteen days notice, prior to your arrival date. Please contact us at which time you will be given a cancellation reference.  We will make every practical effort to re-let the accommodation, however should we be unable to do so the guest will be liable for an amount equal to two-thirds of the booking value.  We strongly recommend you take out your own holiday insurance that covers you for cancellations.

Our apologies, we are unable to accept children under the age of 8 years old.

We regret, we are unable to accommodate pets, we are however happy to recommend local kennels.

Please be aware that Headland House is a strictly non-smoking environment. 

Our Check in is between 3 - 8pm and check out is 10.30am, (during the low season, if your room is not being re-let we are happy to extend this check out time).  

Please note we unable accommodate check in after 8pm without prior agreement, we are grateful for your consideration.
