Prices quoted are per room per night inclusive of breakfast (based on two people sharing)VAT and free parking .

*Bank Holidays have minimum night requirements of three nights,  please contact us for details.

A minimum of two nights stay in mid (unless stated) and three nights stay in high season are requested, single night bookings are available during the low season subject to availability, with a surcharge of £5.00 per room. 

Champagne, Handmade Cornish Chocolates and Flowers - For that little something special we are happy to provide chilled Champagne, Handmade Cornish Chocolates and/or Flowers in your room for your arrival.  Simply let us know what you would like and we will be happy to give you prices.   We do unfortunately have to pass on the delivery charge for any flowers of £5.

Check In

Check-in is between 3.30pm - 7pm. We are unable accommodate check in after 8pm without prior agreement, we are grateful for your consideration.

Check out is 10.30am, (during the low season, if your room is not being re-let we are happy to extend this check out time).  

Terms and Conditions

We are unable to accept children under the age of 14 years old.

Headland House cannot accommodate pets, we are however happy to recommend local kennels.

A one nights non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings of up to three nights, four nights and above we request a two night deposit to secure your room. Cheques should be made payable to Headland House Hotel.

Please note rooms are not secured bookings until we have received a deposit and sent you written confirmation of your reservation.  If we do not receive receipt of deposit within 10 days of your booking, we will unfortunately have no alternative but to release and relet the booking.  

Cancellation Policy

Should you unfortunately need to cancel your booking, please be aware that we require fourteen days notice, prior to your arrival date. Please contact us at which time you will be given a cancellation reference.  We will make every practical effort to re-let the accommodation, however should we be unable to do so the guest will be liable for an amount equal to two-thirds of the booking value.  We strongly recommend you take out your own holiday insurance that covers you for cancellations. 

Please note : there is an administraton charge of £5 for cancelled bookings. 

Lost Keys

Unfortunately should you loose your room key there is a fixed charge of £20.

Damages

Please note we will unfortunately have to charge guests for any damages to Headland House property.
