Located above Carbis Bay beach Headland House is the perfect location from which to base your break, either by car, train or foot, enjoy the convenience of being just minutes from St. Ives. St. Ives Bay line train gives easy access to Penzance or further afield.  For those travelling down by air Newquay Airport is a short 30 minutes away. 

Take a gentle stroll along the coastal to the heart of St. Ives or Porthkidney Beach and the Hayle Estuary where you'll find miles of stunning beach and sand dunes. 

Further a field visit many of the beautiful gardens North Cornwall has to offer, the unique Minnack Theatre with it's cliff top afternoon and evening open air performances, a must!  Or the small and beautifully formed fishing village of Mousehole which has both stunning scenery and restaurants for you to visit.  Other must visit trips we recommend are Porthcurno, Sennen Cove, St. Michael's Mount and of course Land's End. We'll direct you to Cornwall's little secret hideaways.     

Directions  

Follow the A30 towards Penzance.  Take the St Ives turnoff onto the A3074 and follow this towards St Ives.  When you reach Carbis Bay "Welcome" sign, take the next turning on the right, before the set of traffic lights, into Porthrepta Road.  Continue down the hill until you see the sign for Headland House Luxury Bed and Breakfast on your right.  This is the rear entrance, please carry on and take the next right into Headland Road, then right and right again into our gravel car park, again you will see our Headland House Luxury Bed and Breakfast sign.
