Headland House is a luxury boutique bed and breakfast situated above the stunning beach of Carbis Bay. Set within a spacious Edwardian house with large private guest garden. At Headland House we pride ourselves on providing a relaxing setting for you to unwind and enjoy your holiday, beautiful panoramic sea views of St. Ives, Carbis Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse, lawned garden, decking with sofa's, chairs and hammock for those lazy afternoons reading or dreaming whilst soaking up the sun. Relax in our "Snug" lounge/bar read, have a glass of chilled wine or beer, play one of our board games. Have breakfast in the conversatory or during the warm summer mornings on our decking.
Take a walk along the coastal path to St. Ives, or amble to Carbis Bay’s charming Bay Line station and travel along the coastal route to the heart of St. Ives, without the hassle of finding parking. Whilst in St. Ives you will find a unique fusion of shops, restaurants, cafes and galleries nestled amongst narrow cobbled streets, visit The Tate Gallery or The Barbara Hepworth Museum.
Our seven luxury bedrooms have everything you need, king or
